Last summer a group of us from Community Bible Church went on a
mission trip to Guatemala. Among other things, we held a medical clinic and were able to see over 600 villagers in just over 3 days. We also installed a water purification system for the community that was going to give drinkable water to 10,000 people.
The cruel irony was that the biggest germophobe of the group, me, was the one only one to get sick. I quite possibly had the worst case of Montezuma’s revenge in recent medical history. I think I caught it by accidently letting some shower water in my mouth.
I took a ton of pictures, but just put them online. Have a look at them here.
If you were a part of this trip, I would love to hear your thoughts on it.
